The technician will wirelessly receive their call and customer details to the BASS handheld device. The following information is made imediately available:
- View all information about the current customer
- View all equiptment currently at the residence
- View all historical and service information about the equipment
- Note all service performed on the call
- Create an invoice and recieve credit card payment while onsite
- Update truck inventory
The Office
- Up to the minute status and location of entire service fleet
- Up to the minute financial status of the days receivables
- Restock list created for all trucks in the fleet
